Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A valid credit card is required to reserve every appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice could potentially be charged $97. No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.

For clients using package or membership sessions, a late cancellation or no-show may result in forfeiture of that session.

Deposits for the 12-Week Transformation Program are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future start date within 90 days.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in and begin your experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee will apply.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. Because our services are booked time and our products are medical-grade, we do not offer refunds. We are, however, committed to your results and will work with you to adjust protocols, reschedule, or apply credit where appropriate.

• Peptides and prescription medications (including Tirzepatide, Sermorelin, NAD+, and any AsherMeds-prescribed therapies) are non-refundable once shipped. These are compounded by a licensed 503a pharmacy and dispensed directly to the client — they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance.

• Packages and treatment plans are non-refundable once purchased. Unused sessions may be transferred to another service of equal value at our discretion, or held as account credit for 12 months from purchase date.

• Memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused benefits within a billing cycle.

• Skincare and retail products may be exchanged unopened within 7 days. Opened products are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Your health matters to us. All new clients complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) and intake prior to medical services. If you have an existing medical condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, or change in medications, please notify us before your appointment - certain treatments may not be appropriate, and your safety is our priority.
